Welcome to Clean N’ Go Cleaning Services. By booking or receiving services from our company, you agree to the following terms and service policies.
Clean N’ Go Cleaning Services schedules appointments using arrival windows rather than exact times. Our cleaning teams will arrive within the agreed arrival window provided at the time of booking.
Arrival windows allow flexibility for traffic, job durations, and scheduling adjustments throughout the day.
If we are running earlier or later than expected, we will notify you with an “On the Way” message prior to arrival.
A valid payment method is required to secure all appointments.
Payments may be processed using:
• Card on file
• Online invoice payment
• Approved payment methods arranged with our office
For recurring services, payment is typically processed after service completion.
We understand that schedules can change. However, due to the nature of our scheduling and reserved time slots, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a:
$100 Cancellation Fee
This fee helps cover the reserved time for our cleaning team.
Homes starting recurring services may require an initial deep cleaning or move-in style cleaning before regular maintenance services can begin.
This initial cleaning allows our team to bring the home to a maintainable standard for future visits.
Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has access to the property during the scheduled arrival window.
If our team cannot access the home upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation, and the cancellation policy may apply.
For the safety of our staff, Clean N’ Go Cleaning Services does not perform:
• Heavy furniture moving
• Biohazard cleaning
• Mold remediation
• Pest removal
• Clutter or hoarding situations that pose safety risks
If conditions in the home are deemed unsafe for our staff, the cleaning may be declined or stopped.
We love pets; however, for the safety of both our cleaners and your animals:
• Aggressive pets must be secured during the cleaning.
• Clean N’ Go is not responsible for pets escaping if left unsecured.
Our team takes great care while cleaning your home.
If any damage or service concern occurs, it must be reported to our office within 24 hours of the completed service so we can properly review and resolve the matter.
We recommend clients store valuable or fragile items safely prior to service.
Clean N’ Go Cleaning Services is not responsible for:
• Items not secured
• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
Our goal is to provide high quality and reliable service.
If you are not satisfied with an area of the cleaning, please notify our office within 24 hours, and we will work with you to address the concern.
Tips are never expected but are always appreciated by our cleaning teams. Clients may provide tips through invoice payments or directly to the cleaning team.
By booking a service, approving a quote, or receiving cleaning services from Clean N’ Go Cleaning Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
