A general cleaning keeps a well-maintained home fresh on a regular schedule. A deep cleaning goes further, getting into areas that build up over time, and we recommend it for first-time clients.

Yes, a few simple steps help us do our best work:

• Make your home accessible. A key or access code is usually the best method. A fee applies if we can’t get in.
• Turn off your alarm system. If you leave it on, we can’t be responsible for false alarms.
• Pick up clutter so our team can focus on cleaning and avoid extra charges.
• Put valuables away to prevent accidents. We have limited liability coverage for valuables, antiques, and irreplaceable items.
• Let us know within 24 hours if anything was missed. We’ll send a crew back to take care of it, or make it right on your next visit.

No. Many of our clients leave access instructions, and our team works independently to get everything done while you’re out.

Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, every-three-weeks, and monthly service, with no contracts.

We collect a credit card to keep on file when you book. If you’d rather not leave a card on file, we can still book you if you were referred by an existing client. Payments can be made by card on file, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or invoice.

For your first cleaning, your card is charged halfway through the service. For all cleanings after that, it’s charged once the service is complete.

Yes. All cleanings have a 2-hour minimum of $180. We also offer an hourly option at $90 per hour (2-hour minimum), where you choose which areas we focus on.

Yes. We offer free, no-obligation estimates in person, over the phone, or in writing. For a written estimate, click Request Quote on our website and tell us the type of service and your home’s square footage. For anything else, call our office at (702) 882-0058.

Yes. Carpet cleaning is available as an add-on to general cleanings for $55 per room.

We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. There is a $100 charge for cancellations without notice and for lockouts. If you’re sick on your cleaning day, please call our office by 7:00 am and we’ll do our best to reschedule that same week. To protect our team, please don’t schedule a cleaning while someone in your home has the flu.
